Netflix announced the release date for Dragon Age Absolution. We have been waiting to hear new details for months, and the good news is here. The company also unveils a few more details about the series, which makes us even more excited. The series is adapted from BioWare’s Dragon Age game franchise. The game series has an expanded story worth to be adapted into an animation series. Netflix used this potential, and now we started counting the days until the release. Here is the most recent information that came from Netflix for the Dragon Age animation series.
Netflix Announces Dragon Age Absolution Release Date
According to the announcement, Dragon Age Absolution will be available on November 9th. All the episodes of the first season will be available on the same date. So you do not have to wait a week to watch the next episode. The animation has six parts, and the story is developed with contributions from BioWare. That includes the critical names of the game series, and it’s great to see Netflix is collaborating with the game studio. Alongside the announcements, the new trailer is available on Netflix’s YouTube channel:
“With great power at stake, a group of mages, fighters, and thieves goes head to head against a sinister force possessing a dangerous artifact,” Netflix adds beneath its newly released Absolution trailer. “Fear. Guilt. Pain. Can Miriam push aside her feelings to complete her mission – or will the trauma looming over her past finally catch up with her?”.
The other important thing about the series is it contains mature content, and the storytelling is explicit. Netflix wanted to show everything without unnecessary censors. Mairghread Scott, the writer of Justice League Dark: Apokolips War, is the runner of the series. Its cast includes Kimberly Brooks, Matt Mercer, Ashly Burch, Sumalee Montano, Phil LaMarr, Keston John, Josh Keaton, and Zehra Fazal.
