New Mad Max Trailer Strongholds Trailer Released

Warner Bros. Interactive and Avalanche Studios have released a new trailer for Mad Max that shows off strongholds that will be located throughout the open world of the post-apocalyptic Wasteland.

In the new trailer, Max visits some of the game’s diverse strongholds and encounters a number of intriguing characters, including Jeet, Gutgash, Pink Eye and Deep Friah. In a world where Max faces both his internal and external enemies, these strongholds hold the pieces essential to the puzzle he tries to solve as he prepares to take on merciless Wasteland tyrant, Scrotus.

[gap height=”15″]Mad Max delivers open world gameplay in a post-apocalyptic setting where cars are the key to survival. Gamers become Mad Max, a lone warrior who must fight to stay alive in The Wasteland, using vicious on-ground and vehicular combat against savage gangs of bandits. Following the theft of his iconic Interceptor, Max must align himself with a gifted, but peculiar, mechanic named Chumbucket and others to build the ultimate war vehicle as he works to escape from the dangerous Wasteland.

Mad Max will feature a deep deep car customization, metal-grinding vehicular action, brutal melee combat, and a vast desert landscape waiting to be explored. Players will be able to salvage scrap to upgrade and enhance equipment, weapons, and vehicles. Players will also clash with deadly factions and gangs through scores of dangerous side-missions and quests in the dynamic open-world full of exploration. This will allow players to be fully immersed into the world of Mad Max like never before.

Mad Max is set to launch on September 1, 2015 for the Playstation 4, Xbox One, and PC.
