If you were to ask who the most famous cartoon cat in the world is… then you’re not very good at small talk. Nevertheless, the answer would be Garfield. There are few people in the western world unfamiliar with the orange, lasagne devouring pet of John Arbuckle. But what about the most famous cartoon dog? There’s little room for debate on this one either. If you don’t love Snoopy, the floppy eared beagle of Peanuts fame, then you have a heart made of stone.

The guy has a happy dance for crying out loud…
Peanuts, the beloved comic strip that stars Snoopy and his weirdly bald owner Charlie Brown, has been off people’s radar for years. This was a result of the strip ending and the sad passing of the author Charles Schultz.
But soon, a new generation will get the chance to meet Charlie Brown and his large group of friends. This is thanks to the Peanuts Movie that will be hitting US cinemas on November the 6th. But to keep us going until then, we now have a new trailer to chew on.
Sometimes adults watching a kids film with their children will enjoy it because there are jokes in it that go over the kids heads. But with The Peanuts Movie, they’ll enjoy it because they get to see a friend they haven’t seen since their own childhood; Good old Charlie Brown.
If you need something to give you a Peanuts fix until the film is out, turn yourself into a Peanuts character here.
