Deep Silver and Volition are edging closer and closer to releasing their new Saints Row reboot. We’ve already tricked out our character with the boss factory and have seen countless footage for the upcoming game. While we can expect some ridiculous shenanigans to ensue, we also have some new faces to meet. Luckily for us, the teams put together the Saints Row Story Reveal Trailer to help players familiarize themselves with the reboot team.
Saints Row Has a New Home in Santo Ileso
The Saints are in need of a leader, someone that can help them reach the top of the ranks in Santo Ileso. Since you are the new one around here, there are some things that are holding the Saints back. One, they’re basically non-existent. Two three gangs run the town: The Idols, Los Panteros, and Marshall Defense Industries. And three, we’re all in new territory, both on- and off-screen.
Saints Row introduces players to a new cast of characters to fight alongside with. We have Kevin, the shirtless DJ with all of the connections; there’s Eli, the business mastermind who wishes to see the Saints ultimately rise and succeed; finally, Neenah is our risk-taking getaway driver who takes charge of the road when she’s behind the wheel.
Even though we have allies on our side, we’ll have to deal with the opposing gangs of Santo Ileso. Of course, the Saints aren’t known for inspiring others through words; they prefer to take action. Saints Row is launching on August 23, 2022. It’ll be available to play on the PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, Google Stadia, and PC via Epic Games Store for $59.99.
