New York Woman Gets Weirdly Judgmental When She Finds Out Her DoorDash Driver isn’t Married, ‘Now where does the Bible say you are allowed to judge people’

How very un-Christian of you

When it comes to religion, some people don’t know where to draw the line. They let their faith get in the way of everything they do and sometimes this prevents people from simply being a good person. A New York woman recently spoke with her DoorDash driver and shared some good news with her. But instead of leaving it at that, she decided to slip in an underhanded remark during casual small talk.

TikToker Juustjewel—Michelle—posted a quick video of her DoorDash delivery driver in New York, a regular of hers. When the driver approaches her, she tells her in a (somewhat ominous) way, “This will be the last time you deliver here…” before spilling the beans on her moving away. The delivery driver, as sweet as can be, looks shocked and then excited as she congratulates Michelle on her new home.

As a married Christian woman I am allowed to judge that’s why I asked her was she shacking… please repent if you are living together unmarried. God bless

Keeping the conversation casual, the woman tells Michelle she recently moved herself, along with her boyfriend. Instead of congratulating her, Michelle decides to react in the most oddly judgmental way. She asks the driver if she’s “shacking” with her boyfriend or planning on “getting married,” to which she confirms. And they’re playing on having kids, too!

The DoorDasher was very sweet, but given the caption of Michelle’s TikTok video and her response, it’s all weird judgmental. “As a married Christian woman I am allowed to judge that’s why I asked her was she shacking… please repent if you are living together unmarried,” the caption reads.

People being concerned with marriage before moving in together and having children feels so invasive. It gets viewed as this sacred thing that absolutely has to happen as a first step. In reality, it’s rude and rather old-fashioned. What business do you have taking shots at what other people do with their bodies?

“Now where does the Bible say you are allowed to judge people?” one commenter rightfully asked.

Another pointed out, “Yes, the Bible does speak on marriage, but it also speaks very clearly about not judging others. You don’t get to quite one scripture about marriage and ignore the ones about humility, grace, and minding your own walk. Jesus called people to love, not to play moral police,” another pointed out. Maybe let Jesus make the final judgment next time!
