There has been a lot of talk about The Legend of Zelda franchise lately, with Nintendo delaying the newest game in the franchise until sometime next year. Fortunately, we have some positive Zelda-related news to share as Merchoid.com has released brand new images of their officially licensed Zelda cosplay hoodies. The hoodies come in  his and her varieties (being dubbed the ‘Hero of Hyrule’ and ‘Heroine of Hyrule’ respectably) and are modelled after the costume worn by the franchise’s lead character, Link. The new images feature the hoodies being modelled to the backdrop of a Hyrulian forest setting. The female Heroine of Hyrule Hoodie is now in stock and available at Merchoid.com, and the male Hero of Hyrule Hoodie is due to out early next month.

“Every hero needs a costume and you are no exception.”

Merchoid’s Community Manager, Jessica Adams had the following to say “The delay on the new Zelda game is a little disappointing; I think everyone was expecting a dual console Christmas release. I’m happy to say though, that our Zelda cosplay hoodies have arrived on time and are looking great! Hopefully, that will be enough Zelda to see the fans through to next year!”

These hoodies are officially licensed by Nintendo and available right now to buy from Merchoid.com for £39.99/$54.99/€59,99 (all of which includes free worldwide shipping).

We think these hoodies look awesome, and more than one member of the staff here at The Nerd Stash is thinking about picking one up. So if you are a Zelda fan, or know someone he is and are looking to get them the perfect gift, you might want to consider these fantastic looking hoodies from Mechoid.
