Diddy‘s legal problems continue to see several stars implicated, with Odell Beckham Jr. joining the list of alleged perpetrators. The NFL star is accused of being part of the men responsible for gang-raping a woman. The accuser, Ashley Parham, initially filed her allegations against the incarcerated rapper where she notes several John Does’ involvement.
In her October 2024 filing, Parham claimed the group assaulted her at a Northern California residence in 2018. She alleges the violent attack occurs a month after her comment on Tupac’s murder during a FaceTime call with Diddy. In an amended version of the complaint submitted on Friday, the alleged victim named Beckham Jr. and comedian Druski as accomplices.
She recalled Diddy held a knife to her face, covered her with lubricant, and raped her with a TV remote. Following his alleged acts, Druski “jumped on top of” her and treated her body “like a slip and slide” before assaulting her. As for Beckham Jr., she claimed the athlete participated in raping her after the comedian. Parham, per TMZ, noted some of the men in the room called him “Cornelius.”
Odell Beckham Jr. And Others Vehemently Deny the Allegations

Druski wasted no time shutting down the allegations on X, dropping a lengthy statement about his innocence. He argues that, given his status in 2018, he couldn’t have anything to do with crime. “I was broke living with my mom without any connections to the entertainment industry,” he stressed.
The comedian added that his heart was with the actual victims of abuse. However, he would never support “the individuals who are maliciously trying to game the legal system to peddle false narratives.” Beckham Jr. echoes similar sentiments in the comments, noting he was in shock by the false claims against him. The NFL star wrote:
“Boy I’ll tell u what. This world makes absolutely no sense. I am covered by God. He will prevail. I kno who am I, I kno who u are, keep ur head. That name will be cleared. Shxts stup-d.”
Diddy Bashed for Trying to Block the Lawsuits Against Him

Like Druski and Beckham Jr., Diddy’s team refuted the claims against him, labeling them “lies.” They argued that “no sane person” would believe Parham’s allegations and noted they would defend themselves in court. Their response comes weeks after they made a shocking move to suppress the lawsuits against the rapper.
We covered the story, reporting that Diddy’s legal team found a loophole in the 22 lawsuits filed against him. Tony Buzbee, the lawyer representing alleged victims, was slammed for not having the jurisdiction to file the complaints. The rapper’s lawyers stressed that he was not licensed to practice in the New York district.
Critics bashed Diddy for trying to avoid responsibility for his alleged crimes, with someone declaring, “That’s WHAT GUILTY PPL DO!” Another echoed similar sentiments, stressing that the rapper was “f-cked” no matter what he did. The Bad Boys Records founder’s fall from grace began in 2024 following his arrest and indictment on gruesome crimes.
How will the alleged victim respond to Diddy, Druski, and Odell Beckham Jr. refuting her allegations?
