The hype around Nintendo’s NX console has been around for what seems like forever. It appears Nintendo is finally going to tell us more about the console. Well, maybe at least in terms of what it will look like.
Nintendo just revealed that they will be showing an NX trailer tomorrow morning, at 7am PT/10 am ET. The trailer will premiere on their website. They promise that the trailer will be a first look, a “preliminary announcement of information regarding the platform.” Considering how little the company has shown thus far about their upcoming console, you can bet that this “preliminary announcement” probably won’t reveal everything. However, we may get to at least see some of what the NX is all about.
Rumors have been flying around about the NX’s design, price and controller style. And the company has done little to nothing about any of them up until now. While their tweet only teased the announcement tomorrow, it certainly holds promise for what we could discover.

Since both Sony and Microsoft have released their updated consoles recently, Nintendo needs to set themselves up well with their newest console. The Wii U has been around for far too long without any significant updates. If the NX sells well when it releases in March 2017, it could be the catalyst for bringing Nintendo to a more prominent place among the two major console companies.
