It’s been a long while since we got a new Nintendo console. While the OLED version is out there, it isn’t technically a new console that improves a lot upon the original Switch. With this in mind, many players are hoping for the Japanese company to hurry up and put out a new platform soon. It seems that our prayers might be answered soon as rumors of the Nintendo Switch 2 have surfaced again in the form of leaks. A recent leak shows that Nintendo’s online service is exclusive only to the recent console and a redacted one.
A CMA document sparks more rumors about the Nintendo Switch 2
As you can see below, a CMA document shows that Nintendo is talking about its online service. In it, we can see that the company explains the service is available only for the Nintendo Switch and a redacted platform. This could very well mean that the Nintendo Switch 2 platform is on the way if these rumors turn out to be true. As always, let’s treat this as leaks and rumors and not as the definitive thing. We all know that things can change and Nintendo usually takes a while to get a new console out.
The CMA might have leaked NSO will also be available on the Switch successor
