According to reports, the NYPD officers arrested the actress for using her phone during the event and being disruptive. Sunday night was anything but pleasant for former adult film star Lisa Ann. The 51-year-old arrived at Matt Rife’s comedy show ecstatic. However, the night ended with law enforcement officers escorting her out of the venue. The viral video of Lisa Ann getting arrested showed two police officers leading the actress out of the location in handcuffs. In the video, a distressed Ann screamed, “I did nothing wrong.” As the cops dragged her out, she added:
“I didn’t touch my phone. I wanted to see Matt Rife ’cause he’s a friend of mine, and I go to jail!”
The next day, the former porn star took to X to give fans some details about what happened. Ann shared the controversial clip of her arrest alongside an explanation. She revealed the police arrested her because she allegedly violated the venue’s policy by using her phone.
“So I was dragged out of @mattrife show tonight in handcuffs, stating I was using my phone,” she noted.
Ann then revealed she was just enjoying the show and was innocent of the accusation.
“I had not used my phone. I was just enjoying the show. 45 minutes in handcuffs, sent to an ambulance and released. Meanwhile, I missed the show I was so looking forward to,” Ann concluded.

Although former adult film star Lisa Ann claimed she was innocent, a source at the venue had a different story to tell. Speaking to The Post, the insider alleged that the actress recorded the show, which was against policy. According to the source, they asked Ann to stop, but she refused, leading to the involvement of law enforcement. The source also shared that the police didn’t arrest Ann because of her phone but because she was disruptive and disorderly.
“She started getting loud, the police were there, and she started kicking them,” they noted.
Meanwhile, Ann has posted a screen grab of the CCTV footage: touting it as proof that she was blameless in the whole affair.
