Oprah Winfrey hits back at nude photo linking her to disgraced paper Sean “Diddy” Combs. The American TV host and producer is one of several celebrities roped into Diddy’s scandals for their alleged involvement in his wild parties, widely termed “freak-offs.” Many have linked the icon to Diddy, citing their past acquaintances evidenced in photos of them together at Hollywood events. However, some of these conspiracy theorists have gone to the extreme, alleging some form of sexual relationship between Diddy 55 and the 71-year-old entertainment legend.
Oprah Winfrey maintains that while she had met Diddy on occasions, and indeed posed for photographs together, their relationship was on professional level. The TV personlity, who was dragged once again into the Diddy hoax earlier this month got to address some of the most damning rumors about her and the disgraced rapper during a stage appearance at a business ladership and entrepreneural conference in Dallas, last Thursday.
Oprah Winfrey Refutes Rumors of Her Involvement With Diddy
While attending the Good Soil Forum in Dallas, Texas last week, Winfrey shared her take on the advent of AI and deepfakes, and the danger it poses to information dissemination. She then shared her experience with such AI technology, citing the multiple Diddy hoaxes tied to her as a result. Oprah Winfrey highlighted one disturbing instance of a naked AI-generated photo of her in bed with Diddy going public, which for many, served as solid proof of her attendance at his freak-offs. The icon divulged,
“There’s a picture of me naked in bed with Puffy. I saw it myself. AI-geneated.”
She then proceeded to clear her name, refuting claims of her attendance in the disgraced rapper’s wild parties. Winfrey hammered on her insistence that she had “never been near a Puff party,” by explaining her aversion to partying in general, saying,
“Anybody who knows me knows if there is party, I’m the first one out. The nature of my personality is that I am not a party person. That is not who I am. I like to sit at home with my thoughts by the fire, with the dogs.”

Also gracing the stage alongside Oprah Winfrey, Bishop TD Jakes chipped in his thoughts on AI as well, highlighting his similar ordeal dealing with Diddy hoaxes. While the 68-year-old appreciated the positive aspects of AI, like medical breakthroughs which he’d benefited from firsthand, he acknowledged its use as a malicious tool. Further establishing his point, Jakes recounted his brief visit to one of Diddy’s parties during the daytime, and how it ended up rousing rumors of a love affair between him and the disgraced rapper. Like Winfrey, he debunked these rumors during their stage appearance, pointing out how ridiculous they seemed given his age.
These efforts to shut down their respective Diddy rumors come weeks after an AI-generated deepfake circulating online depicted Oprah Winfrey as a witness in the ongoing trial against the disgraced rapper. The deepfake suggested the 71-year-old, alongside actress Jennifer Lawrence and Jim Carrey stood as witnesses, creating an online frenzy. Although the hoax was quickly clarified, it highlighted the dangers of AI in fact-distortion, and the damaging impact of this technology on people’s reputations and perception of realities if left unchecked.
