A self-proclaimed “alpha male” from Florida is making the rounds online after unleashing a profanity-packed tirade about masculinity. People are shocked by how far he went, especially when he started ranting that women should never, under any circumstances, take the lead, not even when it comes to driving a car.
In the viral video, this Florida influencer, identified as Rafa J. Conde, just goes off. During his remarks, he expressed the view that women are not “wired” to serve as warriors or protectors. But what really got folks talking was how obsessed he got with the little stuff. Apparently, if a man lets a woman drive while he chills in the passenger seat, that’s a big red flag for “weakness.”
In the now-viral video, he could be heard as saying, “Listen, if you are a protector, the fact that you are sitting in the passenger seat just shows weakness across the board. A man needs to be in charge. You should never have a mindset where you’re letting your woman lead you around.”
And don’t even get him started on women pumping gas while their boyfriends sit on their phones. He finds that “embarrassing,” because filling up a gas tank is a sacred test of manhood, at least according to our alpha male.
And it just gets more unhinged from there. He declares that men absolutely have to be in charge at all times, shows zero love for guys who show emotion, and keeps dunking on so-called “beta males.”
Naturally, the internet did what it does best. The clip blew up on TikTok and Reddit, and people roasted him. Most folks couldn’t believe how insecure his version of masculinity sounded. If your whole sense of self falls apart because you are not holding the gas pump, that’s a whole new level of fragile.
One Reddit user commented, “Says the man who’s never had a woman to drive for him.” Another user added, “This potato reminds me of my ex. He hasn’t protected a toemail clipping, let alone a whole person.”
Yet another Reddit user didn’t hold back, writing, “This is the type of guy who when it actually comes time to be a protector, he’ll fold like a wet paper towel.” One user mocked the mindset behind the rant, saying, “This poor dude has to walk around in fear every day wondering if every single action he takes is ‘alpha’ or not. What a miserable life.”
The video kicked up a storm about “alpha male” discourse online. Netizens say that he is mixing up being tough with just being kind of insecure. Some users even pointed out that his rant reeked of this anxiety about how gender roles are changing.
While he is preaching about masculine men, most people saw right through it. Instead of inspiring anyone, he just came across as someone clinging desperately to some old-school mentality that’s not really working in today’s world.
