Outriders Coming to PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X

People Can Fly, the development team behind Bulletstorm and Gears of War: Judgement, announced their newest project Outriders will release on the new generation of consoles (PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X) along with previously announced console releases. The announcement came alongside a new gameplay trailer.

If you are itching for more info, you won’t have to wait long. People Can Fly is hosting a Youtube live stream on Thursday, February 13, at 3 p.m. ET/12 p.m. PT. The live stream will center around Outriders and bringing fans more info on the new co-op shooter. There is a countdown live on their site right now!

Outriders was was announced during E3 2019. According to a press release on Gamasutra:

Outriders is an RPG shooter set in an original, dark and desperate sci-fi universe. As mankind bleeds out in the trenches of Enoch, you’ll create your own Outrider and embark on a journey across a hostile planet. With rich storytelling spanning a diverse world, you’ll leave behind the slums and shanty towns of the First City and traverse forests, mountains and deserts in pursuit of a mysterious signal. Combining intense gunplay with violent powers, along with an arsenal of increasingly twisted weaponry and gear-sets, Outriders offers countless hours of gameplay from one of the finest shooter studios in the industry.

Outriders has a release window of Holiday 2020 for PlayStation 5 and Xbox X Series, but it is also set to release on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC at the same time.
