Rock legend Ozzy Osbourne is preparing for the most emotional concert performance of his career. Next month, Black Sabbath is set to take the stage one last time at Villa Park in Birmingham for their farewell Back To The Beginning concert. The Iron Man singer admits, though it will be difficult, he is mentally prepared to say goodbye to his fans, in more ways than one.
Ozzy Osbourne is pushing through crippling health issues related to Parkinson’s Disease, along with years of surgeries and chronic pain to reunite with his original Black Sabbath bandmates for the first time in over two decades.

However, he forewarns fans not to expect to see the old Ozzy on stage. They may only see “bits and pieces” of the singer during the set. He’s physically unable to perform a complete set, and he’s admitted this won’t be a typical high-energy show.
His final Black Sabbath performance is shaping up to be one of the most emotional events in rock history. Ozzy’s determination to say goodbye on his terms is both admirable and heartbreaking.
Ozzy Osbourne has remained very honest with his fans throughout the years, according to JOE. During a recent interview, Osbourne shared his thoughts regarding his upcoming final performance. “By hook or by crook, I am going to make this f—— gig if it is the last thing I do. Well, it will be.”
The rocker reveals the performance will be a challenge and admits he is struggling with his mental health. “I talked myself into blowing the gig,” he said, referencing a recent panic over performing just two songs. “I obsess about a bloody bird c—— on my show.”

Despite the mental and physical toll, Ozzy says he’s committed to giving “120%” during his last appearance on stage. But even that determination comes with nerves. “Believe you, me, I still get stage fright,” he admitted.
Ozzy Osbourne has openly accepted that his time may be running out. After years of battling a long list of serious health issues, the aging rocker has grown fixated on the idea of his mortality.

Those closest to him fear the worst. His wife, Sharon Osbourne, and others worry that pushing himself this far could be the end. He’s long joked that his ultimate exit would be collapsing on stage mid-performance as a “crowd pleaser.”
The Back To The Beginning concert is also a massive charity event benefiting Parkinson’s-related causes and children’s hospitals. More than a dozen major bands are set to perform, but all eyes will be on Ozzy. For fans who can’t make it to the sold-out stadium show in Villa Park, Aston, Birmingham, Ozzy recently shared a special announcement on Instagram regarding the July 5 concert.
“Ozzy & Black Sabbath’s monumental farewell performance, BACK TO THE BEGINNING will be streamed worldwide on 5th July! And if that’s not enough, the full set will be available to watch on demand for 48 hours after the show.” The livestream tickets are available at www.backtothebeginning.com for $29.99 plus taxes and fees.
This isn’t just another concert for Ozzy Osbourne and Black Sabbath. It’s the closing chapter of a legendary, chaotic, and unforgettable career. His health may be failing, and his anxiety may be crushing. But Ozzy, in the end, is determined to give fans a final moment to remember, one way or another.
