Palm Springs Protester Shares Favorite No Kings Day Signs: ‘So Empowering, Honestly!’

They Understood The Assignment

Three images depicting Palm Springs protesters displaying various empowering signs in front of a large crowd at a No Kings Day event in Florida.

October 18th marked the second No Kings Day nationwide protest initiative. Millions of people showed up in support of keeping the U.S.A. free from the corruption of the Trump administration. Footage from protests in every state is making its rounds on the top social platforms. A protester from Palm Springs, Florida, jumped on the bandwagon, sharing footage to TikTok that showcased her favorite protest signs.

These were some of the posters that caught my eye today. We all have a reason why we’re here, what’s yours?!?🙌🏽❤️#NoKingsProtest2025 #NoKingsProtest #NoKing #ForThePeople #October18 #StandUpForChange #Oct18 #PowerToThePeople #EqualityForAll #JusticeForAll #ProtestForPeace #VoicesForChange #RiseUpTogether #TogetherWeRise #PeacefulProtest #LatinosHateTrump #MexicanAndProud #MakingHistory #ProtectOurChildren #ProtectOurWomen

Reyna Reyes documented what she considered to be the best signs from the No Kings Day Palm Springs event. The Florida resident’s video showed several handmade signs and posters that supported the No Kings Day initiative. One of the slogans read, “Dump Trump!” and showed a cartoon image of the POTUS in a trash can.

Another sign stated, “You know it’s bad when introverts are marching,” and was held by a woman in sunglasses.

On a more serious note, one Palm Springs attendee shared a heartfelt message. Holding up a sign where she personified our nation, she proclaimed,“America, you are in danger, girl! We are uniting for you!”

Many other Palm Springs posters contained important concepts straight from the Pledge of Allegiance. Perhaps not so surprisingly, the one most repeated was liberty and justice for all.

Additionally, Reyna shared a message with her online viewers. She wanted other protesters, in Florida or otherwise, to share what brought them to their respective protest spots:

These were some of the posters that caught my eye today. We all have a reason why we’re here, what’s yours?!?

She also chose to add the song Freedom (by Beyoncé) as the background music for her No Kings Day footage.

Palm Springs Gets Support For Their Protest Signs

Many who watched Reyna’s Florida footage left comments in solidarity.

One woman who responded with, “These signs ate up[.]” then got a show of support from others who spent several hours making posters of their own.

Several others hailed the Palm Springs, Florida, community for going above and beyond with their creative efforts. The residents there stepped up big time when it came to supporting the cause!
