Epic Games has announced plans to hold an open stress test for Paragon, beginning April 28 and ending May 1. The second stress test will be held from May 5 until May 8.
The first testing period will be held for the first 500,000 people who signed up for the open beta, while the second wave will be available for everyone, including those who signed up before May 1.
For those already taking part in the Paragon beta for PS4 or PC, Epic Games will be dolling out a double XP boost if you play during the stress test periods. The double XP boost will stack onto any boost founders pack holders may already have. Epic Games has promised more beta weekends before the game’s June 7 launch.
Paragon is a third-person action MOBA developed by Epic Games, known for their work on Unreal Tournament and Gears of War. It is currently only slated to be available for PS4 and PC. As of now, there are no words yet on the game being available for other platforms. Although it will be free-to-play, there is a $50 Founder’s Pack option available, which contains a handful of digital content. Epic Games has promised a steady stream of content for Paragon and has already released two new characters to the game since it’s beta launch.
