Everyone experiences tough days, and sometimes, all it takes is a little support or encouragement to keep going with a smile. In these moments, kindness can make an entire world of difference. This is especially so for young mothers. One woman took to social media to show just how grateful she was for a small gesture of kindness provided by her favorite fast-food chain. You never know whose day you might turn around!

The video above features Tiktoker Jessive Hilyard, a Phoenix, Arizona resident, after she’s made a trip to her local Chik-fil-A. The mother of two decided to utilize a birthday coupon that the restaurant chain has emailed her for a free meal. It wasn’t typical of her to go to the restaurant, but who can resist a free meal? So, she decided to go, place her order, and wait for the employees to deliver it to her car.

However, when the employee arrived at her car, not only did he have her food, but he also had what the company calls a Sunshine Card. The card was revealed to be a note from the male employee, named Malachi, that simply said, “You are doing such a good job with those kids!” At the time of the exchange, Hilyard hadn’t read the message, so her video is also a plead to help find the man who provided her with such kindness. The comments of the video were flooded by friends and family of Malachi, all sharing stories of hid kindness.

“This is my amazing boyfriend!! Been with him almost a year now and he continues to amaze me by the kindness and compassion he has for others. So glad you got to experience his beautiful words! 💜💜”

It’s not often that people go out of their way to make someone else’s day better. However, this one sentiment of kindness was enough to provide someone with the confidence to feel like they’re being a good parent. There’s nothing more rewarding than that!
