Sony has unveiled the free games for December that will be available with a Playstation Plus account.

Playstation 4 owners will be getting  co-op brawler Gauntlet: Slayer Edition along with  King’s Quest Chapter 1: A Knight to Remember. Both of these games can be seen in the trailer below that Sony released to promote next month’s offerings. Playstation 3 owners will be getting their hands on Far Cry 3: Blood Dragon, which is the expansion to the surprise hit Far Cry 3.

The PlayStation Blog listed the full offerings for Playstation 4, Playstation 3, and Playstation Vita owners. The full list has:

  • PS4 – Gauntlet: Slayer Edition
  • PS4 – King’s Quest — Chapter 1: A Knight to Remember
  • PS3 – Far Cry 3: Blood Dragon
  • PS3 – SSX
  • Vita – Freedom Wars
  • Vita – Rocketbirds: Hardboiled Chicken

These games will be available on the first Tuesday of the month, which also coincidentally also happens to be December 1.

Remember that if you get any of these games, you will need an active Playstation Plus account. If you’re account ever runs out, you will lose access to any title that is downloaded. For $50 for one year of multiplayer access (on the Playstation 4) and free games every month, Sony offers a good deal for any gamer interested in investing in a Playstation product.
