Which makes capturing one an extremely rare feat.
For those of you who may not know, the Daily Adventure Incense lures Pokemon you wouldn’t normally see at your location for 15 minutes, and it’s only available once daily. Not only will this help you catch Galarian Articuno in Pokemon Go, but it will also help you snag several other pocket monsters you may be missing out on.
There’s no guarantee that our Legendary Bird will appear, though. So, if you don’t catch it one day, you’ll just have to try again another day when the cooldown is over. I’ve yet to have the fortune of capturing one myself. But this has taught me that if you want to catch Galarian Articuno in Pokemon Go, patience is a must-have.

Before you fire up that Daily Adventure Incense, there are a few things you should consider. If you luck out and lure our Legendary Bird, note that it won’t go down without a fight. It’s incredibly tough to catch. Using your standard Poke Balls is wasteful. You need the best you can get to catch Galarian Articuno in Pokemon Go. So, try to stock up on Ultra Balls.
Another helpful tip is to remember your berries. Will they make the catching process foolproof? Of course not, but it never hurts to use them to your advantage. You want to go into this as prepared as possible. Otherwise, you’ll wind up wasting your Poke Balls, berries, and time as Galarian Articuno fights off feeble attempts. And who knows if you’ll lure it that close again anytime soon.
So, remember to come prepared and stay patient. That combination (with a bit of luck on your side) can help you add this majestic-looking bird to your team.
