Want to know how to get Vaporeon in Pokemon Go? Among the hundreds of unique pokemon in Pokémon Go, some do not have outstanding abilities or high CP values but have something else. Eevee is a unique Pokémon that can evolve into eight different Pokémon depending on certain conditions. Each result of evolution has its element, and today we will talk about the evolution of the water Pokémon Vaporeon. To get the Vaporeon, you must evolve any Eevee by spending 25 Candies. You have a 33% chance to get Vaporeon, Jolteon, or Flareon. But this is not the only way to get Vaporeon. In our guide, we will tell you about all the ways to get Vaporeon in Pokemon Go.

How to Get Vaporeon in Pokemon Go

As we said, Vaporeon is a Water-type Pokémon and one of the possible evolutions of Eevee. Vaporeon’s max CP can be as high as 3114, which is quite good for a common Water Pokémon from the Kanto region. On top of that, Vaporeon can wield powerful movesets like the Water Gun and Hydro Pump, making him a good choice for many battles.

To get Vaporeon in Pokemon Go, you can use one of several methods:

  • The first and easiest is to evolve Eevee by spending 25 Eevee Candy. There is a 33% chance that you will receive a Vaporeon.
  • The second way is to give your Eevee the name Rainer. After that, evolve your Eevee, and you will get a Vaporeon with a 100% chance. But unfortunately, this method will work only once. Therefore, we advise you to use this method only on the ideal Eevee to get the best Vaporeon after evolution.
  • You can also get Vaporeon by defeating him during the Raid. Sometimes he appears as a boss in Raid Gyms, and you will have the opportunity to capture Vaporeon in your collection if you defeat him. This method is not the best since Vaporeon is a rare guest in Raid Gyms. On the other hand, raid Pokémon have high CP, impressive stats, and most often wield strong movesets. So getting a Vaporeon using this method is not such a bad idea.

These are all possible ways to get Vaporeon in Pokemon Go at the time of publication of the guide. Finally, let’s add that Vaporeon is just one of the eight evolutions of Eevee. Leafeon, Glaceon, Espeon, and others are also very strong, and you should get each of them.

Pokemon GO is available on iOS and Android.
