Hydro Pump is a special move that can be learned by many water-type Pokemon and packs a serious punch. With a power of 110 and an accuracy of 80, this particular move is excellent for challenging opponents. If you have 12000 LP, 5 Finneon scales, and 3 Finizen mucus, you can craft Hydro Pump.

To ensure it does damage, keep in mind its effectiveness on different types of Pokemon. It’s super effective against Fire, Ground, and Rock Type Pokemon. Also, it is not very effective against Water, Grass, or Dragon Types. Lastly, this move can be learned by default by Cloyster or by level-up on Finizene, Iron Bundle Palafin Golduck Shellder, and Gyarados.

You can get the  TM 142 Hydro Pump in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet from  Battle League Rep after defeating  7 Trainers in Casseroya Lake. Here are the steps you need to follow.

  1. Go to Watch Tower 02 at Casseroya Lake and meet Battle League Rep. He will ask you to defeat  7 Trainers in the area.
  2. Defeat all seven trainers and return to Battle League Rep. He will reward you with TM 142 Hydro Pump.

Also, if you have completed the game storyline, the  Hydro Pump from Research Station 1 in Crater, You will find this TM in the middle of the lake once you go up to the mountain and find the lake on the top. The TM  142 Hydro Pump is located in the middle of the lake.
