Pokemon TCG fans are getting hyped as there is a new Elite box coming very soon, and it happens to already be available for pre-order. The Pokemon Trading Card Game is something that fans of Pokemon have been playing for years, starting on October 20, 1996. Now, the cards have become even better, as well as the game itself, with players now being able to play a mobile version on their phone or computer. However, with the new Pokemon TCG: Scarlet and Violet set out, a new 151 Pokemon Elite Box is coming soon. What is the 151 Pokemon Elite Box?

This new box of card packs will be released on September 22, 2023, featuring some really cool exclusive cards such as Venusaur ex, Charizard ex, Blastoise ex, and Mew ex. The official Pokemon Trading Card Game website listing also shares this quote below which explains what players can expect from the cards included in the box.

“Special cards with captivating illustrations, and explore the cities and countryside of a reinvigorated land.” – The Pokemon Company

Pokemon 151 only features Pokemon from Generation I, but this series still has over 165+ cards that are collectible in the series. The packs are considered to be called “Strength Expansion Pack: Pokemon Card 151,” which is the first special expansion of the Scarlet and Violet Series to be released.

The coolest feature about this Pokemon TCG: Scarlet and Violet, 151 Elite Box’s packs, is that each pack will focus on the first 151 Pokemon to be introduced into the franchise. This means fans will be seeing a lot of the first Pokemon to be introduced that are now fan favorites. This Elite Trainer Box is something Pokemon TCG fans are very excited about because not only does it feature their favorites, but these cards are beautiful from what we’ve seen.

For now, there isn’t a ton of information on the cards in the box, even if we’ve seen some leaked images of the new cards that will be featured. There is a large arrangement of boxes to purchase from their website, which comes in different packs. Be sure to pre-order your cards now to open them shortly after release. Going into October, trainers will then be able to collect the new Trick of Trade BOOster packs just in time for Halloween. Check out our article on it here.

Pokemon TCG Live can be played via the app on mobile and computer devices.
