The Poosh founder has since expressed gratitude to everyone for support while commiserating with moms out there who experienced a difficult pregnancy at some point.
Pregnant Kourtney Kardashian Shares First Glimpse of Baby Bump Since Surgery
Kourtney is determined to move past the ordeal and focus other the positive side of life even if it means focusing her energy on her career. In a series of Instagram photos, Kourtney Kardashian shared the first glimpse of her pregnant belly since undergoing fetal surgery. For the photo session, the 44-year-old donned an all-black ensemble comprising high-waisted leather pants and a matching leather jacket unbuttoned to reveal her baby bump. Underneath the two-piece, the expectant mom rocked a sheer crop top, with her bra visible underneath, offering glimpses of her full cleavage. She completed the look with a pair of sheer gloves and minimal makeup.
Most of the photos showed Kourtney Kardashian cradling her pregnant belly in the revealing outfit. She also shared the black-and-white counterparts of some of the shots, including one showing her leaning face-up on a sofa with her eyes closed and gloved hands resting on her tummy bulge.

In the pic, the reality star had her head facing away from the camera as she adjusted her hair. Her raised arm pulled on her oversized jacket, causing a part of the outfit to slide over the sides of her belly. She captioned the post,

Kourtney’s Post Deemed Inappropriate Post-Surgery
Despite appearing relaxed and comfortable in all the photos, some fans frowned upon Kourtney’s choice of outfit. According to them, such ensembles were not suitable for a pregnant woman as they looked uncomfortable and potentially harmful, especially for someone who recently underwent fetal surgery.
Meanwhile, many countered Kourtney’s description of pregnancy as “empowering.” They slammed Kourtney Kardashian for glamorizing being pregnant, urging her to let potential moms know it wasn’t all roses. Thankfully, some came to her defense, letting her critics know pregnancy rang differently for each woman. Surely churning out positive vibes regardless of one’s situation never hurts anyone.
