Margarita has claimed to be Quinton Aaron’s “spiritual wife” since his hospitalization, despite not being legally married, and reportedly met him through TikTok. But Quinton’s family has questioned some of her claims, raising concerns about her marriage and career. Per the Daily Mail, after Quinton reportedly learned all the details about Margarita, especially about her marital status, he felt like he was misled by her, and has made his position regarding Margarita crystal clear.
“Quinton was asked, now that he’s awake, aware, interacting and recovering, by multiple people – some of which included hospital staff – if he wanted to see” Margarita, the source said.
“He said, ‘Absolutely not; I don’t want to see her, I don’t want her in here.’”
Family members have alleged that Margarita misrepresented key details about her life, including her marital status and career. At the same time, authorities confirmed the matter remains under review. Police have previously spoken with Aaron’s brother as part of the inquiry into what has been described as “suspicious activity” surrounding the actor’s health crisis.

Margarita, however, paints a very different picture, according to the Daily Mail. She claims Aaron’s family has distorted both her relationship with him and the severity of his condition.
“What I’m hearing is that his family has been lying to him telling him that I left him and I didn’t,” she said.
She doubled down, saying, ‘They don’t want me to speak my truth.’ Margarita insisted that nothing was hidden from Aaron and that his family was not being completely honest.
In her words: “I can leak all their dirty little secrets, but that’s not who I am because of God, and that’s something that me and Quinton cherish because we are both Christians.”
