A tense and uncomfortable situation recently occurred inside a Disneyland candy shop in California when a man was filmed loudly berating cast members in full view of other guests. The exact reason for his outburst has not been officially confirmed, but the person who filmed and shared the incident on TikTok claimed in the comments that the dispute stemmed from the man being told he could not use a Disney discount on a purchase for Disneyland’s exclusive Nutties treat.
From the outset of the clip, the male Karen could be heard yelling, “You’re not sorry. I had to discuss it yesterday,” at employees who stood behind the counter, remaining calm and refusing to engage with him. One of the cast members appeared to be speaking on the phone, possibly contacting security to report the situation.
A small crowd also began to form inside the store as some guests stopped to watch. But despite the growing audience, the man showed no signs of calming down and instead continued to vent, at least until a woman walking past the shop decided to intervene.

The two engaged in a brief but heated verbal exchange, though much of what was said could not be clearly heard in the footage. The woman repeatedly asked him to calm down and stop yelling, which appeared to embolden others in the crowd to speak up as well, with a few people telling him to “chill out.” Instead of backing down, the man redirected his anger toward the woman, telling her, “You look like a child, madam,” before accusing Disney of being racist.
Perhaps realizing that his outburst was not getting him anywhere, the man eventually decided to leave the area. As he walked away, several people in the crowd, who felt his behavior had crossed a line, immediately began booing him. One person could also be heard calling him a “loser,” making it clear that they were not about to let him exit quietly.
Throughout the confrontation, no security personnel were ever seen.
