Remnant 2 is an immersive game that offers players a captivating experience filled with mysterious items and hidden quests. Among these intriguing items, the Thaen Seed stands out as a unique and highly valuable artifact. However, many players might be unaware of how the Thaen Seed works in the world of Remnant 2. Therefore, we will explain the uses of the Thaen Seed.

The Thaen Seed serves two main purposes in Remnant 2. You can present it to the Queen at the Red Throne or plant it at Ward 13. By offering the seed to the Queen at the Red Throne, she will pacify all future Pan Warriors. These once-hostile creatures will now treat you as a friend.

Additionally, she will give you a powerful ring called “The Burden of the Rebel.” This ring grants you two valuable bonuses. Firstly, it reduces your skill cooldowns by an impressive 15%, allowing you to utilize your abilities more frequently in combat. Secondly, it increases your Relic use speed by 25%, enabling you to quickly activate Relics and gain their benefits.

Alternatively, you can choose to plant the Thaen Seed at Ward 13, which is the ideal choice. To do so, head to the farms located at the back of Ward 13 to find a small community garden. Within this garden, you will see a dugout spot. Place the Thaen Seed there.

After doing so, continue progressing through the game while occasionally revisiting Ward 13. Over time, you will witness the Thaen Seed sprouting and transforming into a Tree. This tree produces Mature Thaen Fruit, an extraordinary item that provides the ability to revive automatically from a fatal blow.

To acquire the Thaen Seed, you must first venture into the Widow’s Court in Yaesha. Deep within this area, you will come across a corpse holding an Ornate Key and a note. This key will play a vital role in obtaining the Thaen Seed. With the Ornate Key in hand, proceed to the underground section, where you will encounter a hidden corridor behind a waterfall.

At the end of this corridor, break through a wall to unveil an illusory passage leading to an Ornate Lockbox. Open the lockbox with the Ornate Key, and you will finally obtain the coveted Thaen Seed.
