If you’ve got deep enough pockets and the time, you should make it a point to get the Rod of the Depths in Roblox Fisch. For starters, it’s one of the best rods in Fisch. Secondly, the stats on it are pretty darn good—a high Lure stat, 130% Luck, good control and Resilience, not to mention a massive Max Kg ceiling of 30,000. Very few fish are out of your reach when you have the Rod of the Depths in Roblox Fisch.
How to Get the Rod of the Depths in Roblox Fisch
First off, you need some deep pockets, and I mean deep. We’re talking deeper than the hole that leads to the Desolate Deeps. The Rod of the Depths alone costs $750,000, and then there’s the tools and items you need, such as:
- Enchant Relics
- The Depths Key
- Flippers (Basic or Super)
- Diving Gear (Basic or Advanced)
- Tidebreaker (optional)
For Enchant Relics, you need two kinds: Abyssal and Hexed. What you do is buy them from Merlin, then take them to an Appraiser. If you’re lucky, the Appraiser will turn them into an Abyssal Enchant Relic and Hexed Enchant Relic. There’s an Appraiser on Moosewood Island; you just need one of each.
You’ll need Flippers and Basic Diving Gear. I’d suggest the Super and Advanced variants, but it isn’t necessary. The Flippers can be bought in the Desolate Deep for $9,000; the Basic Diving Gear on Moosewood Island for $3,000.
Once you have those, a good rod, and plenty of bait, head to Vertigo by jumping into a whirlpool during a Strange Whirlpool event. When you’re inside, start fishing! You need to catch every single fish found in Vertigo and, if you’re lucky, you’ll pull up the Depths Key, too.
With 100% Vertigo bestiary completed, the Depths Key in hand, flippers, diving gear, and $750,000, take the Depths Key to the massive stone door at the bottom of Vertigo. Use it to unlock access to the Depths and complete the obby inside. It’s quick and easy, and will lead you to two pedestals, where you’ll place the Hexed and Abyssal Enchant Relics.
With that out of the way, you have only one more challenge left: the Depths Maze. Here’s the route you should take:
- Take the route on the left, then immediately make a right.
- Follow the tunnel until it splits into two paths. Take the one on the left, into a slightly larger area.
- Head into the tunnel with the red crystal above it, then immediately right. You’ll curl around a corner into another tunnel.
- Follow the tunnel, ignoring the tunnel on the right. You’ll be led to a left turn. Take it.
- Once you reach the dead end, swim up!
And there, after all your hard work, will be the Rod of the Depths for you to purchase in Roblox FIsch!
