The Dupe is an enemy in the Roblox game Doors that acts as a duplicate of a regular door, attacking you in the process. You can lose a ton of health to the Dupe if you aren’t careful. In fact, you can lose up to 50% of your health, making it easier for other enemies to take you down on your run through the hotel. Let’s review how to survive the Dupe in the Roblox game Doors.

There are two ways you can survive the Dupe in Doors. Both are a matter of paying attention to your surroundings, so be sure that you do before recklessly jumping into any new room you enter.

The first way to survive the Dupe is to check what room number you’re in when you enter and see if it disappears after a few seconds. The second way is to pay attention to the room number you’re in and go through the door that is the next number in order.

Disappearing Number Method

The first method involves paying attention to whether the number on any of the doors in the room you are in disappears after a few seconds. The rooms that typically have the Dupe are plus-shaped, meaning that there is a door on each of the four walls.

If you wait, you’ll see that one of the doors’ numbers has disappeared. You can safely assume that this is the one with the Dupe in it, and not to enter.

Door Number Method

In the second method, pay attention to which door number you entered the room through. For example, if you entered the room through Door ten, then the door you need to go through is Door 11. I’ve only come across the Dupe a few times, but only when not actively trying to avoid it using these methods.
