In 1982, action hero John Rambo (Sylvester Stallone) made his film debut in First Blood. The character has become a staple in the action genre in the four decades since. His most recent film, Last Blood, premiered in 2019. His career may be long and accomplished, but Rambo shows no signs of retiring. The action star makes a comeback in today’s Rogue Company update.
Today’s Rogue Company update adds plenty of Rambo content for Seeker, including cosmetic items and new contracts. Check out the cinematic teaser for the update below.

What else is new in the Rogue Company update?
Today’s update for Rogue Company added more than just John Rambo. The update also introduced a new experimental feature called human backfill. According to Hi-Rez:
“Human backfill allows players to join in-progress matches whenever other players have left midway through a game. Backfilled players will be rewarded the maximum amount of Reputation and experience they could achieve in a complete game. We hope to address uneven matches that tend to happen for our players with this feature.”
Because human backfill is still being tested, it is currently only implemented in the casual Demolition mode. In today’s announcement, Hi-Rez expressed interest in using the feature throughout Rogue Company if it works well.
Other changes include increased team size to six players (sadly, this doesn’t apply to the Nintendo Switch) and adding precautions to prevent players from being killed while inside drop-ships. For a more comprehensive list of changes, check out the official announcement here.
