Across the U.S., dog walking services are quite popular, especially in more urban and affluent areas where demand tends to be much higher. Clients can opt between licensed or unlicensed commercial walkers, and in San Francisco alone, there are allegedly around 300 professional dog walkers to choose from, per SFGate. Recently, in a suburban San Diego street, a homeowner noticed a fresh pile of doggy poop on the lawn of her property. When the mom confronted the dog walker who was responsible for the doggo who made the mess, she not only refused to pick it up, but she ended up throwing the doggy’s droppings right into the mom’s face, while she was holding her baby.
Two videos help shed light on what occurred during the poopy-related incident, with one on Reddit focusing on the events of how things transpired, along with a supplemental video on TikTok outlining what happened to the family afterward. In the first clip, we have evidence of the dog walker’s reaction when she was confronted over the doggy doodoo that was left on the mom’s lawn.
Recorded by the San Diego mom’s husband, we see a young woman in a black hoodie, tan chino trousers, and black sneakers with her hood up tending to two golden retrievers on leads. “I’m glad. You’re welcome to. I hope it went in your f***ing mouth. How dare you?” exclaims the dog walker, openly admitting to throwing the dog poop. Following her, the husband says, “That’s assault and like the gnarliest degree.”
While the husband attempts to give the dog walker the bag of poop that was left on his lawn, she simply evades him and walks away, branding him “so weird” and “insane” for carrying it. As the awkward confrontation intensifies, the dog walker admits to leaving poop on the man’s lawn a second time. “You know what. Today’s the day. She’s black. She’s a woman. I’mma come after her. She’s an easy target, right? You come after everybody else and chase them with sh*t in your hands?” Interjecting, the man clarifies, “He took a sh*t on my lawn and I saw you.”
In response, the dog walker brazenly exclaims, “Yeah, I know. I picked it up and I threw it at you. I picked it up from the ground with my bare hand and threw it at your wife. She didn’t expect me to throw sh*t in her face, did she? She’s so mad right now. I hope it’s in her mouth. I hope she remembers it for the rest of her life. I hope you both do. I hope you both f***ing cry.”

As we were arriving back home, my husband noticed a fresh poop at our front door. I opened the ring app and saw a person with two golden retrievers. She was a few houses down and walking back in our direction. As she entered our property, my husband asked her if she was going to pick up her dogs poop. She said no and told him to call the cops if he was so upset by it. He ran inside and got a bag to pick it up for her. She started to run away, but one of her dogs. broke out of the leash and ran to me and my kids at our front door. She came back to get the dog and I took the poop from my husband to hand to her. When she refused it, I placed the bag on the back of the dog and backed away. She opened the bag and threw it at me and my baby. I was in utter shock, my husband took the poop off of us and I called 911. At this point I rushed my kids and myself-away from this era woman and my husband Y started recording. The videos show my husband with her until the cops arrived. I really can’t believe how terrible this was. I turned to the internet for guidance, and after further thought and research, I do believe that she should be held accountable for her actions towards me and my children

In a supplemental video on TikTok, the San Diego mom explained what happened during the incident from her perspective. “This massive golden retriever dog poop hit me in the face, fell down into the baby’s face. I can’t believe our confronting someone about having not picked up their poop right at our front door turned into a woman slinging poop at me and my baby. I was totally shook and afraid and I had to clean the poop up. Scrub me and the baby clean. A poop went in my mouth. I’ll give her that. She had perfect aim.”
Furthermore, the mom also clarified that the police did arrive on the scene, but she decided to not press charges against the dog walker. “They said to us this is basically just a misdemeanour and we could go through the hassle of the court system if we wanted to. Press charges. I said, hey, I don’t wanna press charges. I just wanna be done and over with this.“
As the bizarre clip continues to garner attention online, comments came flooding in. One Redditor wrote, “Those dogs deserve better than her as an owner.” with another chipping in with, “Hopefully the dogs’ owner will find out about this and she’ll lose her job. Those beautiful pups have the happiest faces!” Elsewhere, on TikTok, a commenter summed up many readers’ thoughts, penning, “Just because of her attitude I would pursue the charges.”
