How to Level up in Sea of Stars?
Even though Sea of Stars has many modern features, its leveling system is similar to a retro RPG. In other words, all enemies in your path will give you EXP, of course, if you defeat them. It is also worth noting that your entire party shares EXP points among themselves and level up at the same time. So you don’t have to worry that one of your characters is weaker than the others in Sea of Stars.
When a team levels up in Sea of Stars, each character gets a small boost to all stats. However, this does not mean that players cannot affect character builds. In addition to the overall stat boost, you can choose a Bonus Stat that will help you customize the characters to suit your play style.
What Is Bonus Stat in Sea of Stars
Bonus Stat is a small increase in one of the stats of your choice in Sea of Stars. In total, there are 6 stats in Sea of Stars that you can increase after leveling up:
- HP – Hit Points
- MP – Mana Points
- ATK-Physical Attack
- DEF-Physical Defense
- M.ATK – Magic Attack
- M.DEF – Magic Defense
Each of these stats is useful, but not all are key to certain characters. For example, Garl needs more Physical Attack than Mana Points. But if for some reason you want to make him a healer, you can invest in MP. It is also worth noting that you are only given a choice of 4 Bonus Stats. They are random, so you will need time to increase certain stats in Sea of Stars.
