Selena Gomez doesn’t eat like the rest of Hollywood. While most celebrities opt for strict diets and vegan lifestyles, the former Disney star continues to prove that she is super relatable with her meal choices. The singer, who is on a busy press tour run gave fans a glimpse into her current diet.
The Come & Get It singer shared a photo of her unwinding after attending the Toronto International Film Festival. In the playful snap, she rocked a luxurious robe with fur trimmings at the end of the sleeves. She flaunted her glammed face while sitting on the edge of her hotel bed. Next to Gomez was a laptop and a tray of food. It comprised pieces of chicken strips, french fries, ketchup and a can of soda. She seemed to be having a swell time in the hotel as evident the wide smile on her face.
Gomez’s food choice tracks with what her trainer Amy Rosoff Davis told Cosmopolitan in 2016. Davis revealed that she doesn’t restrict what the Barney & Friends alum eats. “I don’t believe in denying yourself, but I also believe in moderation. Life is too short not to enjoy food. I want to live my life like a French person,” she told the magazine.

While Davis allows Gomez to eat what she wants, she also advocates for balance and eating clean as much as possible. “She loves Tex-Mex and fast food that I would normally not condone,” the trainer said of Gomez. “I will walk onto the tour bus and smell fast food, throw it in the trash, and hand her a carrot and hummus.”
For the Only Murders in the Building actress’ meals, Davis like to incorporate more whole foods and healthy organic ingredients.
