During the course of the story inย Starfield, you will have to make many choices, but never one as crucial as weighing whether you should become Starborn and start a New Game Plus. Once you complete the main quest, you must make the final choice. Once you are in The Unity, that place you have worked so hard to reach, the game offers a choice between becoming a transcendent being and reaching a higher state or returning to your universe. If you decide to become Starborn, you must complete a puzzle first, but is it worth it? What happens after that?

First, you should know that you will lose the essence of a human being and enter a new universe. This place will be full of changes from what you were used to seeing in the original version. But they will only be revealed to you if you decide to close this story by becoming a Starborn inย Starfieldย and continue with the New Game Plus. If so, you can relive the story from a different perspective, giving you the luxury of making new choices and seeing how it affects the world.ย

However, if you are unsure about this experience, you can return to your ship. Another option the game offers is to say “no” to becoming a Starborn in Starfield. You’ll simply have to choose the path of the stars and get far enough out into the Unity. Don’t worry; you’ll be able to see the signs that you are safe.ย

If you make an impulsive decision and decide to become a Starborn inย Starfieldย without saving your progress, you will not be able to return to your original universe. On the other hand, if you decide to backtrack and return to your universe, you can return to The Unity at any time you wish.ย

It all depends on how experienced you want to be in the game. Remember that although completing the main quest gives you the key to access the New Game Plus and become Starborn inย Starfield, you can still complete all the side quests in the game and discover surprising endings. But, at the end of the day, you will have no escape. Eventually, you will have to leave the old behind and move on to a new version of yourself.ย

Starfieldย is available on PC and Xbox.ย
