Similar to Aether and Lumine of Genshin Impact, there’s no difference between the MCs Stelle or Caelus in Honkai: Star Rail. All their dialogue options are the same, as well as their combat abilities and stats, so the choice won’t affect your theorycrafting. Characters will not treat you any differently throughout the story, as you are the blank-slate main character of Honkai: Star Rail.
A few might have wished for more practical differences or variety between Stelle and Caelus in Honkai: Star Rail. Conversely, Stelle is more elegant, as she dons a skirt and high heels instead of slacks and flashy sneakers. Please note that these are our observations. Other Trailblazers might have a completely different perspective on the male or female main characters’ appearances in Honkai: Star Rail.
Both Honkai: Star Rail’s main characters appear reserved in nature, but the story will develop their personality as time progresses. After all, you are the one who will choose their dialogue options when reacting to other characters. Still, most players will likely choose one or more characters from the Astral Express, primarily using these preferred units during their playthrough.
