It’s safe to say that with over 10 million downloads, Dead by Daylight Mobile is doing quite well for itself. This comes as no surprise as developers Behaviour Interactive have done a great job of porting the popular game over to mobile.
If there’s one thing missing from the mobile game, it has to be the inclusion of Silent Hill (and nothing else, don’t question me). Having been on the main version of Dead by Daylight for a while, it’s high time that Konami’s fantastic and sadly forgotten franchise made its way over to the mobile version.
Tired of waiting? Well, wait a little more, as Silent Hill heads to Dead by Daylight Mobile on October 26th.
It should come as no surprise to anyone, but the characters available will be Cheryl Mason and The Pyramid Head. I’ll let you work out who the killer is on your own.
Take a look at the trailer if you’re having trouble; it should help.
Coming just in time for Halloween, senior project manager, Alexandre Rogaume, had this to say regarding the news:
“We are so thrilled to have the legendary Silent Hill join the ranks of Dead by Daylight Mobile. We are huge fans of the franchise and to know that mobile players can survive and kill as these iconic characters is a huge milestone for us, and one that we are very proud of.”
I wonder if we will see Cybil at some point in the future too, after her release on Dead by Daylight.
Let us know your thoughts on this in the comments. Will you be playing, or are you happy with the main version of the game?
For those who haven’t tried Dead by Daylight Mobile yet, what are you waiting for? It’s free to download.
We’ll see you there.
