Sofia Vergara has launched a beauty brand that’s getting major promo on her Instagram. The former sitcom star has, however, had to clarify how her company name is pronounced, something that’s done on her Toty brand’s Instagram. Posting to her own Instagram and shouting out America’s Got Talent recently, Sofia Vergara name-dropped her beauty brand via a tag. She made sure to alert her army of followers to the sunscreen offerings she currently retails. Toty’s IG, meanwhile, opens with clarity on how to pronounce the brand.
Sofia Vergara Launches Beauty Brand In 2023
Sofia launched Toty in June of this year. Two days ago, the 51-year-old posed all puckered up in front of a mirror while backstage at AGT.
Pouting for the camera as she applied some makeup Sofia Vergara showed Instagram her ageless good looks, also repping her Toty beauty brand. Rocking a red lip and a black outfit, the reality judge told fans: “Getting ready for #AGT results with @toty 😘. Live shows!!!🌟”
Toty now boasts over 80,000 IG followers. In its Instagram bio, Sofia Vergara’s beauty brand writes: “TOH-TEE☀️ Multi-benefit suncare solutions beyond just sunscreen. Vegan & cruelty free.”
Vergara Joins Celebs In Running Brand
Sofia’s core product is sunscreen, however, her brand also offers beauty and makeup products, plus wellness ones.
Speaking of her brand, Sofia Vergara referenced her upbringing in her native Colombia, stating:
“I grew up in very tropical weather in Barranquilla, Colombia, and there was no one ever telling you, ‘Don’t get sunburn’ or ‘Don’t tan,’” continuing: “I wish I had made that decision sooner also for the rest of my body, but I didn’t. I just thought to save my face, and that was it. So, I haven’t had my face in the sun without protection since the ’90s.”
Also in the beauty or makeup business are stars including Kylie Jenner, Ariana Grande, Selena Gomez, and Lady Gaga.
