The ex to Machine Gun Kelly also shouted out Southern style as she added a pair of cowboy boots.

Rocking a pair of cowboy boots, Sommer wore her blonde locks curled, tousled, and down, although she did throw in a hat in some snaps. Upping the birthday vibes, the blonde also posed with a circular white cake with “ONE YEAR CLOSER TO BEING A MILF” written in red frosting across the top. Of course, the model also licked a little of the frosting in one shot.

“I grew up on a ranch in Colorado, in the middle of nowhere. I raised chickens in 4-H. I was really good at it! I have all blue ribbons. I was a rodeo princess. I’m a country girl, not a fake one. When I go to Country Jam, and I’m in cowboy boots, people always say, ‘She’s fake.’ I’m like, ‘No. I was in 4H!'” she told Forbes back in 2018.
