You can find a Katana in Sons of The Forest inside the Bunker on the map’s Northeast. Here are the steps you need to follow.

Go to the locations shown above map by using your GPS. You will find a cave-like entrance located between two Icy Hills.
Go inside the cave and light your path with the Lighter or Torch. Then, at the end of the way, there is a hole in the ground to a room.
Jump inside the room and go down the narrow path to the left. You will find a Locked door.
Use the Key card to open the door and access the Bunker.
Go down the path and enter from the Yellow door to the left.
You will find some enemies in the hall and defeat them all.
Go straight and enter from the entrance leading to the second level of the Bunker.
Go straight, passing three entrances, and go down the narrow path.
Pass two entrances and enter from the open the door to the right once you have passed the second entrance.
Go until the end of the path, and you will enter a room. The Katana is mounted on the table.
Walk up to the weapon and press E to equip it.
