Aspyr and Lucasfilm Games have announced that the original Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic is officially available for purchase today on the Nintendo Switch system. It’s available via the Nintendo eShop for $14.99|£11.29|12,49€, with a file size of 12.0 GB. The critically acclaimed, award-winning RPG title by BioWare was originally announced for release on the Nintendo Switch during the Nintendo Direct presentation held on September 23, 2021. The original trailer briefly showcased during the direct went over the features to be included in this remastered title, and a new trailer has since been released to celebrate the official launch.

Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic is set some four thousand years before the foundation of the Galactic Empire. You play as a warrior who falls deep into the conflict between the Jedi Order and the Sith.
