There are loads of quests in Stardew Valley, like the quest that takes you on a mission to discover where to find Robin’s Lost Axe. Some of these quests are fairly easy, and others are quite a bit more involved. Though, luckily for us, finding Robin’s lost axe is a simple one, you just need to know where to look! The best part is, you don’t need to unlock any new areas or venture too far from your very own farm, either.

[Updated on March 26 – Added additional information and detail]

This quest isn’t as simple as just finding it. You have to pick up the quest first. This isn’t something you can just go talk to somebody to find though, Robin will send you a letter asking you to find her favorite axe on the 11th day of Spring in Year 1. On that morning when you wake up, you should see that you have mail. Go to your mailbox and check it.

There should be a better that reads: “I love my favorite Axe! If you find it, please return ASAP. I’m having a tough time without it. There’s 250g in it for whoever finds the thing. -Robin”

Robin will make it easy for you and mention that the last time she saw her favorite Axe was just South of Marnie’s Ranch. Simply accept the quest and get searching.

When it comes down to actually finding Robin’s Lost Axe in Stardew Valley, it may take you a bit, as the area South of  Marnie’s Ranch is fairly large. However, we can narrow it down a bit for you.

Robin’s Lost Axe will be near the sewer drain on the map in the Southwestern area, near the coast. Head toward the sewer drain and check the small clearing directly to the North of it. That’s where you will find Robin’s Lost Axe.

Now, your last step is to complete the quest. Head to where Robin is and return the axe to her. She will thank you and give you 250g, along with a friendship heart.

Jordan is an experienced fantasy writer who spends hours behind her laptop, and lost in the pages of a book. She strives to be a successful gaming blogger, and has no complaint about the hours of game time she used to increase her knowledge of all things “geek”. She primarily writes gaming articles and fantasy novels. Ark: Survival Evolved is a favorite, along with Diablo 3, Warframe and Minecraft lately, though you can’t forget the good old Magic the Gathering card game! Writing about games truly gives her joy as it gives her another perspective to look at games from, a reason to really look into the mechanics of the game.
