It’s another weekend, and that means another set of Steam games for you to play for free. Last weekend included games like Fallout 76, LEGO NINJAGO, and Aegis Defenders. A couple of the games were of really good quality last week, so we hope you got the chance to give them a go. As per usual, this weekend offers up another few great Steam games, all completely free. There’s even two free to keep titles, so you’ll have these ready for you even when the weekend is over. Without further adieu though, here’s everything you can play to keep you busy this weekend.
DJMAX RESPECT V is the first game on our list and is an action-packed rhythm game from the team at Neowiz. The latest installment in the DJMAX franchise, the game includes artists from all genres of music. You have classic artists like Marshmello, Porter Robinson, Yukika, and so many more. Play their songs on your difficulty of choice and rock out as you try to hit the beats in time. Go against your friends too in head-to-head to see who can keep with the beat the best. The game is free to play on Steam till Monday and is available for 25% off if you want to keep playing.
Next up is the first of our free to keep offers, being Interkosmos. It’s an arcadey astronaut adventure created for VR headsets. You enter Zvezda, a re-entry capsule that will bring you back down to Earth. Every bit of the capsule is necessary for your survival, so get familiar with your surroundings. You never know when you might need to hit one specific button. Bring your capsule to a safe landing in this VR game that’ll have you thinking on your feet. The game is free to keep on Steam until May 25th at 12AM, so be sure to act fast.
And finally is our (ten) second game on this list, known as 10 Second Ninja X. It’s an action-platformer from indie developer Four Circle Interactive where you play as a little ninja. Each room is filled with robots who must die, and you’ve only got ten seconds to do it. Run, jump, and dash your way through each level as you aim to complete it in a limited amount of time. There’s a lot of replayability here, and each level feels unique even if short. You have until May 28th on Steam to pick this up, so be sure to and let us know what you think.
Before we end this off, there are three games I’d like to touch on. Showdown Bandit is one we didn’t cover here since it’s the same free offer as last weekend. The same goes for Aegis Defenders. The final game is DayZ, which fellow writer Andrew covered previously so I’ll let him take the wheel. Hopefully, you get the chance to try all this and more with these free offers. Be sure to let us know if anything sparks your interest. We love to hear your story. For now though, stay tuned here at The Nerd Stash for all your news, reviews, and more!
