A woman in Cincinnati, Ohio, has left people online stunned after she claimed that her boyfriend of seven years kicked her out of the apartment they shared following an argument. She shared her story in a TikTok video that has since gone viral, racking up over 100,000 views, with many netizens calling the situation “straight up disrespectful.”
The video, posted on TikTok by user @meagmalone, shows the woman describing the disagreement she said led her to leave the apartment.
According to her, their falling-out occurred after her boyfriend attended the Reds’ Opening Day game without telling her or even inviting her. When she found out about it and confronted him, he allegedly told her the decision had been intentional.
She said the couple later returned to their apartment with friends her boyfriend had invited over, but the argument continued. She said she asked the friends to leave so they could discuss the situation privately, but her boyfriend allowed them to stay.
Not long after, she claims he told her to leave the apartment. “He had them stay over me,” the woman said in the video. “I’m at my mom’s house, honestly in a little bit of shock for that.”
Less than 24 hours after posting the video, the woman shared an update in the comments saying she had ended the relationship and moved out. “Broke up, Moved all my stuff back into my moms house, having a sleepover with my bestie tonight and moving to Colorado on April 4th,” she wrote.

The video sparked reactions online. One person wrote, “Actions speak louder than words. He’s shown you where you now stand today in his life.” Another bluntly said, “Yeah, I think he’s with somebody else.” Someone else added, “That was his way of breaking up with you.”
Some weren’t very forgiving and called him out on his alleged “disrespectful” behavior. “I wouldn’t accept that level of disrespect from someone I knew for 7 days,” one comment read. A different netizen chimed in, “That’s y i refuse to date anyone ever!” A third advised, “Don’t let him play in your face like that ever again. So sorry that happened 🩵.”
While many other viewers claimed the now ex-boyfriend did not have the right to kick her out of their shared apartment, the woman did admit in the comments that the apartment was a property owned by his father and that she was not even sure if her name was on the lease.
