Netflix has released a new teaser for their hit series, Stranger Things. You can see that trailer down below:
The teaser starts as a look into Dick Clark’s New Year Rockin’ Eve just before the “big apple” drops, ushering in a new year. Just before the new year hits, the screen glitches and when we return to the event, the camera begins to rotate upside down. We then get our release date for season three, July 4th, 2019.
Along with the teaser trailer, Netflix also released a new promo image for the show:

It appears the tagline for season three is “One Summer Can Change Everything”. The image features Dustin, Max, and Lucas gazing at some 4th of July fireworks in awe while Eleven and Will look back in concern. Seeing as these two have a strong connection to the Upside Down, this most likely isn’t a good thing for the residents of Hawkins.
A few months back, Netflix dropped the first teaser for Stranger Things season 3 that highlighted the new Hawkins Starcourt Mall. This location is presumed to be a big part of the upcoming season. Here’s a list of the episode titles for season three:
- Chapter One: Suzie, Do You Copy?
- Chapter Two: The Mall Rats
- Chapter Three: The Case of the Missing Lifeguard
- Chapter Four: The Sauna Test
- Chapter Five: The Source
- Chapter Six: The Birthday
- Chapter Seven: The Bite
- Chapter Eight: The Battle of Starcourt
Stranger Things stars Millie Bobby Brown, David Harbour, Winona Ryder, Finn Wolfhard, Gaten Matarazzo, Caleb McLaughlin, Natalia Dyer, Noah Schnapp, Charlie Heaton, Joe Keery, and Sadie Sink.
I don’t know about you but I can’t wait to see the battle of Starcourt this July.
