Stranger Things star Sadie Sink joins Berlin Nobody
The last couple of years have been good for Stranger Things star Sadie Sink. Known for her role as Max Mayfield, she became a fan favorite in Netflix’s sci-fi horror series, which will conclude its run next year with its fifth season. She continued that horror streak with the Fear Street films under Netflix. She is also known for American Odyssey, The Glass Castle, and Eli.
She just came off Darron Aronofsky’s The Whale with Brendan Fraser, Ty Simpkins (Insidious), Hong Chau (Watchmen), and Samantha Morton (The Sandman). The film just premiered at the Venice Film Festival. Reviews from it have been positive, and the reception from attendees led to a six-minute standing ovation that caught attention from Fraser’s emotional response. The A24 film will hit theaters on December 9.
No release date has been slated for Berlin Nobody. It is currently in production in Germany.
