In this Street Fighter 6 character tier list, we’ll show you the best SF6 characters you can choose. Street Fighter 6 characters are ranked into four tiers based on speed, ease of use, and power. However, it’s up to you which playstyle you choose and which characters have the best combos that you can use. Remember that low-tier characters are not considered to be weak or useless. They’re just harder to adapt to and deal less damage with their special attacks.
Street Fighter 6 Character Tier List
Street Fighter 6 divides the characters into four tiers. Each tier has a very uncertain number of characters in it, and it might change due to game updates. As of now, this is the list of the SF6 characters based on their tiers.
S Tier

- Kimberly
- Zangief
- Guile
- Manon
- Marisa
Aside from Guile, all the S Tier characters in Street Fighter 6 are easy to use. You can learn their move-sets by playing a tutorial. And you may even win some early matches without knowing their particular skills. Kimberly’s special attacks deal a lot of damage, and she has speed and agility, which makes her a fantastic character choice. Manon and Zangief are grapplers that deal a ton of damage by throwing enemies. And last but not least, Marisa is balanced for her astonishing overdrive attacks’ damage and her easy-to-learn moves.
A Tier

- Chun-Li
- Luke
- Ken
- Juri
- JP
- Cammy
The A tier in the SF6 character tier list is a place for the most balanced fighters. It isn’t hard to learn their moves and you may even perform better with them than with an S-tier character, based on your playstyle. Luke is the most balanced as he inflicts high damage and has easy combos. The same is true for Ken.

Chun-Li and Juri have much faster moves – so much so that Chun-Li might be even faster than the S-tier characters. However, you can’t deal any considerable damage to enemies with her moves unless you use combos. Instead, you might choose Cammy for more power and a balanced set of moves and combos. Cammy and JP are easy-to-learn. They may not be as fast as Chun-Li, but they can pack a punch!
B Tier

- Ryu
- Jamie
- Dhalsim
- E. Honda
In this list, you’ll find some tricky characters. Doing combos with B-tier fighters is a bit harder than the ones in the tiers mentioned above. However, you can still learn the moves of Ryu quickly by playing a few matches or going through a tutorial. However, playing with Dhalsim requires much more concentration.
C Tier

- Dee Jay
- Blanka
- Lily
This is the end of the line for the Street Fighter 6 character tier list. The fighters you see on the C tier deal the least damage, making them the most fragile of all. However, some fans might find Lily’s quick attacks and tools to be the best for their purposes. Other players may find Dee Jay’s ability to confuse enemies with various attacks of particular use.
This list only helps for finding the meta characters one might see as best fitting their playstyle regarding damage and ease of use. But you need to experience each one of them to see which ones are best for you. You might prefer speed over power or easy-to-use combos over grapple moves. This is completely based on your preference.
Street Fighter 6 is developed by Capcom and is available now on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC.
