Sydney Sweeney is getting criticized for showing off her figure as a Vanity Fair video on Instagram racks up comments. The actress, 26, chatted with Bond star Ana de Armas last month, where users quickly noticed the difference in attire between the two starlets.
While Cuban-born Ana went conservative in stylish slacks and a sweater, Sydney made eyes pop in a plunging black jumpsuit, something that quickly saw her shamed. When a user accused Sydney of showing her “balloons,” some agreed that her look was “too revealing,” however others didn’t find any issue. Sydney is known for her curves and recently made headlines for flaunting them in a bubble bath to promote Dr. Squatch Soap Company.
Sydney Sweeney Shows Off Jumpsuit In Controversial Instagram Video
The video showed Sydney and Ana playing Recommendation Roulette, also seeing both actresses introducing themselves.
Leaving little to the imagination in her figure-hugging one-piece, Sydney drew the eye to her figure in a plunging black jumpsuit with a tapered finish, keeping classy but definitely not opting for covered-up. Meanwhile, Ana swathed her toned silhouette in a wool jumper and black pants.
Talk included Sydney recommending The Notebook for “when you need a good cry,” plus Ana saying the Moulin Rouge is her “most quotable film.” Talk in the comments, however, centered around Sydney’s outfit, with a comment kicking all the drama off.
Drama Over Her ‘Balloons’
Gaining over 8,000 likes, the user said: “Sydney Sweeney is showing her balloons, while Ana is using discretion Clothes. Ana is totally elegant and fine. It is another Level of Beauty!”
Firing back, another asked why the OP “cares” what either actress was wearing, however a separate fan appeared to agree. Trying not to shade Sydney, they wrote: “Her clothes are a tad revealing but she looks elegant too. They’re both gorgeous humans.”
Defending, or perhaps explaining their comment, the OP returned, writing: “Sweeney is beautiful! I didn’t say she was not beautiful. I just highlight the difference between them. But both are gorgeous!!!”
Sydney faced criticism in April, when producer Carol Baum publicly humiliated her, stating that she’s “not pretty” and “can’t act.” Sweeney fired back, saying that women shaming other women in Hollywood was sad, also calling Carol’s statements “shameful.”
Elsewhere, Sydney has been making headlines for cashing in as her profile continues to shoot up. The blonde is now signed to Armani Beauty, Miu Miu, and Jimmy Choo, plus Bai Drinks and Kerastase haircare.
