As it turns out, she wasn’t vacationing or recording music, but rather spending time with her boyfriend, Travis Kelce, while he trains for the football season.
It seems nothing can keep Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce apart, not even their busy schedules. In a viral clip posted on X, the 35-year-old pop star confirmed she’s remaining by Kelce’s side as he prepares to get back in shape for the NFL. “My boyfriend is, uh, training here,” Swift said in response to a patient wondering what brought her to Florida.
Fans on social media found it adorable that Swift got a bit shy talking about Kelce. Although they’ve been dating for nearly two years, Swift doesn’t mention Kelce too much in public. Of course, she’ll reference their love story in her music or the occasional interview. For the most part, she seems to prefer to keep the details of their romance private.
Since they got together, Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce have only ever really given fans a glimpse into their relationship during concerts or football games. The singer would often be seen cheering on Kelce and the rest of the Kansas City Chiefs during the NFL season. Kelce would return the favor by attending several stops of Swift’s Eras Tour. Fans love seeing the couple be so supportive of each other’s careers.
After Swift finished her shows in December and Kelce played the Super Bowl in February, both stepped back from the spotlight to take a much-deserved break. They’ve only been seen a handful of times together in public over the past few months. Now, it seems Kelce is almost ready to get back into the swing of things.
Training Hard
The Kansas City Chiefs are set to play their first game in September. With the football season being right around the corner, Kelce appears to be back in athlete mode. Instead of training with the rest of the team in Missouri, Kelce has opted to get some personal training done in Florida.
According to the Daily Mail, he was spotted arriving at a gym in Miami last week. He was dressed casually in a gray T-shirt and matching shorts, along with a baseball cap and flip-flops. Kelce also brought a big gym bag with him for the outing.
Fans are crossing their fingers that Taylor Swift will be in the stands for Kelce’s first game.
