However, following their split, Alwyn spoke out about their time together, and Swift was said to be stunned.

Joe Alwyn’s Comments Have Shocked Taylor Swift
Alwyn didn’t divulge private details about his relationship with Swift. However, he did open up about the hurt their split caused him.
“I would hope that anyone and everyone can empathize and understand the difficulties that come with the end of a long, loving, fully committed relationship of over six and a half years. That is a hard thing to navigate,” he told The Sunday Times.
Taylor Swift was reportedly “shocked” by Joe Alwyn’s public comments. Although she was upset that he decided to speak out, she allegedly saw a new side of the actor that wasn’t there when they dated. “She respects that he wanted to clear the air,” a source tells Life and Style.
“While Joe doesn’t want to play these silly games about lyrics — that’s not his style — he did feel like he should set the record straight,” the insider added. “He had a good run with Taylor, but they’ve both moved on, and he has no desire to rehash their past. He spoke up because not every song that mentions London or alludes to an ex is about him, which is why he said something.”
Meanwhile, sources also tell the outlet that Alwyn does have a bit of advice for Travis Kelce amid his romance with the singer. The actor reportedly would warn the Super Bowl champ to treat Swift right. This is so he doesn’t become “fodder for some song,” like so many of her exes in the past.
Taylor Swift and Joe Alwyn appear to have no bad blood between them. However, many of the singer’s fans do believe that she seems happier and more free since she started dating Travis Kelce.
