An influencer in Clarksville, Tennessee, is facing extreme backlash after several videos of him provoking and race-baiting people with racial slurs were posted online. Shockingly, he was the one who posted them, and he seems to be proud of his deplorable behavior.
Robbie Harvey shared a compilation of the aforementioned clips on social media. They show content creator Chud the Builder engaging in despicable interactions with minorities, mostly Black men, and calling them the N-word and other disgusting slurs. While he is doing that, he records himself with a smirk on his face, apparently feeling untouchable.
“Shut up [racial slur],” Chud says, followed by him screaming that the Black men are reacting like monkeys by using a distasteful slur.
In another clip, Chud is seen arguing with another Black man. The video shows him saying, “I think the Clarksville Police Department thinks I’m pretty safe,” followed by “you’re a [racial slur].” Apparently, the Tennessee “influencer” feels safe enough to go around and provoke minorities with his disgusting conduct.
“I just want you to know that you’re a racist,” the man told Chud. He, however, denies the accusation, saying, “I’m not a racist. I can say what I want, though.” The Black man then asks him, “I’m a [racial slur]?” to which Chud doubles down by saying, “Yeah, you’re a [racial slur].”
Chud Doubles Down, Backlash
Harvey identified Chud’s business as DLE Contracting and also instructed his followers to tag the Clarksville Police Department in Tennessee. He argued that Chud’s continued harassment could lead to a violent outcome, given the racist nature of his interactions, all posted online by himself.
On X, Chud even responded to Harvey, defending his actions. He also revealed that he was carrying a firearm during the interactions, which explains his “courage.” Chud, however, denied ever brandishing or unholstering his weapon. He did say, however, that “Free speech is back.”
Users online were enraged by the influencer’s racist rants, with some even reporting his business and social media accounts.
“He’s going to [expletive] around and Find Out,” one user commented. Another one said, “Provoking people but then hiding behind a gun or threat of the police is truly EVIL.” A third one added, “They fight so hard to say that word. It’s crazy.”
Chud’s Instagram account was suspended, but he is still active on other social media platforms.
