The video begins with an angry woman telling a Black man not to touch her. She then starts repeatedly calling him a racial slur. The man responds by saying he “knew” she would eventually say that. The video then shows police officers standing next to a marked police car. One officer talks to the woman near the back of the vehicle while she stays with them. By the end of the clip, she is handcuffed and taken into custody.
